The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore in D.No.2481 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.OP.No.24185 of 2021, this Court by an order dated 17.12.2021, directed to complete the trial in CC.No.619 of 2019 within a period of four months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore has sent communication dated 05.10.2023 through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to complete the trial. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to complete the trial in CC.No.619 of 2019 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
