2. On perusal of records, it is seen that this Court has dismissed the CMA.No.2576 of 2019 on 09.11.2020 itself and this CMP should have been closed on that day itself. However, it has inadvertently omitted to close the same.

3. In view of the above, this petition seeking to permit the petitioners to withdraw the award amount along with interest i.e., RA.No.1087865 which is lying on the credit of MACTOP.No.901 of 2011 on the file of the MACT, Puducherry, is now closed confirming the order of the Tribunal and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the award amount along with interest as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal. No further order is required.
