This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit in this Court. It is averred that the cause of action for the suit had arisen within Chennai. Since the office of the defendants / trust is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is sought for to institute the suit in this Court as against the defendants 1 and 2, being the Trust and Secretary.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the fact that part of cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiff to institute the suit in this Court.
