ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 31.07.2023 and take action in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been received by the second respondent and that the petitioner is not attending for any enquiry in order to proceed further with the complaint.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent and give his statement along with relevant materials and the second respondent shall act upon the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above directions.
