Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The case where the petitioner was arrested for the alleged offences of creating fake Passport and foreign visa to enable the foreign nationals. Particularly, to enable Sri Lankan nationals to go abroad.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner on the ground that the incriminating material has been seized and the fake visa was recovered from the house of this petitioner during the search. Further, the petitioner has fallen under the scanner of NIA, he was arrested earlier and released on bail. He further states that since the investigation is not yet completed, if the petitioner released on bail, he may not be available for investigation.

This Court finds force in the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and it is not conducive to grant bail to the petitioner before completion of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.
