The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant, a case in O.S.No.167 of 2022 is pending before the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee. However, the de-facto complainant lodged a false complaint before the respondent police, and under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint from the de-facto complainant, which was assigned as CSR No.356/2022 and after enquiry, the complaint was closed. Now, neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner.
