Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the learned XVIIth Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai vide judgment dated 27.05.2022, disposed of the case in C.C.No.2506 of 2021 and acquitted the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2.

2. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has been fairly conceded by the petitioners' counsel. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
