The petition has been filed to amend the crime number year in the cause title as Cr.No.848 of 2023 instead of Cr.No.848 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17108/2024 dated 22.07.2024.

2. Considering the submission made by both sides and considering that the year of the crime number was wrongly mentioned as Cr.No.848 of 2024 instead of Cr.No.848 of 2023, this Court is inclined to allow this amendment petition. Accordingly, the Amendment Petition is ordered.
