This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second to respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.02.2016 and investigate the same.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the complaint given by the petitioner and the same has been registered in CSR No.38 of 2015. After conducting due enquiry, the case has been closed on 03.05.2015.
