The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to form a way from the road situate in the northern side of Mandaveli Poromboke to the petitioner's land bearing survey No.119/1, Orathur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kanchipuram District through the Mandaveli Poromboke.

2. The prayer sought for in the writ petition seems to be a dispute regarding easementary rights. Hence, it is always open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the civil court .

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
