This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.14556 of 2023 on 03.07.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and 2nd to 5th petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on the first and third Monday of every month, until further orders.
