Arbitration Application No.194 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This Court vide order dated 15.12.2022, appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize the vehicle viz., HONDA CR-V bearing Engine No.K24Z12700416 Chassis No.JHMRE47407C310220 and Registration No.TN 01 AP 5555 lying at the respondents' premises and hand over the same to the custody of applicant. Further, it directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Advocate Commissioner has not yet executed the warrant. Therefore, he prayed that time may be extended for execution of the warrant.

3. On the other hand, the Advocate Commissioner has filed a Memo dated 09.01.2023 stating that the applicant has not yet paid him the initial remuneration ordered by this Court.

4. In view of the above, this Court extends the time for execution of warrant till 31.01.2023. In the meantime, applicant shall pay the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner on or before 20.01.2023.

5. List the matter on 31.01.2023.
