JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he has not completed the steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and hence, he prayed for dismissal of the appeal as abated.
2. In view of the above, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as abated. The legal representatives of the deceased are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount, after proving that they are the legal heirs of the deceased before the Tribunal.
