This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12176 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 to stay at Chidambaram and report before the Chidambaram Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12176 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
