2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 29.12.2015 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered and take action in accordance with law. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
