This petition has been filed to amend the bail to the satisfaction of Court XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet instead of Judicial Magistrate No. II, Saidapet in Crl.O.P.No.3753 of 2023 dated 26.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Since this petition is pending before this Court, 15 (fifteen) days time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.3753 of 2023 dated 26.07.2024 to the parties.
