ORDER

(Order of the court was made by S.Vaidyanathan, J.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if the authorities fail to take any action on the basis of the representation to be given by the petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the
