ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the convict, seeks a direction for ordinary leave in favour of the convict on the ground of treatment.

2.Considering the averments made, we directed the third respondent to refer the convict to the Medical Board. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to get the report of the Medical Board which indicates that the convict does not require any treatment outside and his condition is stable. He appears to be hale and healthy.
4.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to allow the prayer sought for. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
