The petition is to quash the final report in C.C.No.175 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Puducherry, for the offences under Section 447, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC.
2. It is fairly represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that trial had commenced in the impugned proceedings. Since Trial had commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition at this stage. However, it is open to the petitioner to raise all her points before the Trial Court. 2/5
3. Since the petitioner is a lady, her appearance before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless the learned Judge deems it necessary for the progress of the Trial.
4. With the above observation, the Quash Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
