ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2025 and to file charge sheet within time frame fixed by this Court in accordance with law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 05.02.2025, when the petitioner along with her husband and others are in agricultural field, the accused persons abused the petitioner in filthy language and attacked the petitioner and her family members and caused injuries. In this regard the petitioner had given a complaint before the respondent and the same has been registered in CSR.No.200 of 2025. Whereas, that complaint given by the accused persons, as a counter blast, has been registered in Crime No.82 of 2025 and charge sheet has also been filed in the case. Hence, the present petition seeking direction to the respondent to complete investigation and file the final report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and necessary RCS has also been served to the parties.
