(The Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.3704 of 2021, dated 23.02.2021.

2. This Court by an order dated 23.02.2021 in WP.No.3704 of 2021, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said order has not been complied with within the time frame fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an order rejecting his claim in Na.Ka.No.2024/2021/F1 dated 29.07.2022 and hence, he requested to close 2 / 4

this contempt petition.
