This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.33 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation has been completed and filed a Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur and the same has been pending for committal in PRC.No.14 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur.
