When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue viz., L.Megala was secured by the police and she was handed over to her parents. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands closed.
