No. 152 of 2017 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli and set aside the same.

O R D E R

The revision challenges the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in C.M.P. No. 2761 of 2018 in C.C. No. 152 of 2017 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, by which the petition for discharge filed by the petitioner was dismissed. 2.

Pending the revision, the parties were referred to Mediation and they have arrived at a compromise and entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 27.10.2025. Respondents 2 to 4, who are the legal heirs of the original complainant are said to have settled the matter in the presence of the Mediator/Conciliator.

Learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 would confirm that the entire amount has been settled as agreed between the parties and that he has no objection in disposing of the revision in terms of the settlement. 3\4

In view of the same, the Settlement Agreement dated 27.10.2025 is taken on record. The impugned order is set aside and the revision is allowed.
