JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The writ appeal is filed challenging the order of the learned Single Judge in directing the appellants to count 50% of the service period put in by the writ petitioner under the consolidated pay by way of part-time employment alongwith regular service and compute the same for pensionary benefits.

3. When the writ appeal was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this court that the issue involved in this matter is covered by the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court dated 24.6.2016 in W.A.No.612 of 2016, wherein the order passed in the writ petition, in favour of the writ petitioner, was confirmed.
