This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned Order of the respondent dated 11.11.2016 and consequently direct the respondent to furnish a copy of the document RV No.15 doc.No.63 registered on 09.08.1907 with the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
