This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent-Police to file a final report in pursuance of the FIR in Crime No.135 of 2021, dated 12.04.2021, within a stipulated time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondentPolice, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.135 of 2021 is over and final report has been filed through e-filing on 22.07.2025 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220001474C202500107 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
