The learned counsel for the plaintiff has filed proof of payment stating that the order of this Court dated 09.03.2022 has been complied with by depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Registry by way of Demand Draft. The said proof of payment is recorded.

2. As already the applications viz., to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second defendant in A.No.4579 of 2021 and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second defendant in A.No.4580 of 2021 have been taken on file, the application in A.No.4579 is allowed and issue notice to the proposed respondents in A.No.4580 of 2021 returnable by 18.04.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
