O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 24.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.6777 of 2012 on the file of this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied the order of this Court made in W.P.No.6777 of 2012 dated 24.03.2021 and he has also submitted a copy of the compliance order dated 10.03.2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this contempt petition was filed on 27.09.2022 and subsequent to the filing of this petition, the respondent has passed the order dated 10.03.2023, which is not a sustainable one.

available on record.
5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the order passed by the respondent on 10.03.2023, nothing survives in this contempt petition for further adjudication. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to challenge the above said order dated 10.03.2023, in the manner known to law.
