(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing a photograph, submitted that the encroached compound wall had been removed and the order of this Court has been complied with.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admitted that the encroached compound wall has been removed.
