O R D E R

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court Mr.Poochi S.Murugan, the Chairman, Tamil Nadu Housing Board is present before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the earlier undertaking given by the learned counsel was not implemented properly and now a revised order has been passed implementing the orders of this Court in its letter and spirit.

3. A copy of the minutes of the meeting held on 21.06.2023 has been placed before this Court. Thus, no further adjudication needs to undertaken.
