This application has been filed to amend the paragraph 4 of the plaint.

2. The contention of the applicant is that the mistake happened, since the original document has not been placed for quite some time and therefore, the letter dated 24.03.2022 has not been impleaded and the same is to be rejected before the pleading in the plaint for effective adjudication.

3. Considering the nature of the amendment, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and the applicant is also ready to file the amended plaint copy and defendants are directed to file the written statement by 15.11.2023.

5. Post the matter on 15.11.2023.
