O R D E R

This Court by an order dated 02.08.2017, referred the parties to the Mediation Centre. Before the Mediation Centre, the husband, who is the first petitioner and the wife, who is the second respondent have come to an amicable settlement and have decided to live together. It is also seen from the mediation agreement dated 15.11.2017 that both the parties have agreed to withdraw all the cases and complaints filed against each other.

2.The Mediation report has also been placed before this Court. In view of the above, the proceedings in C.C.No.340 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, is hereby quashed.
