ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to dispose the disciplinary proceedings against the fourth respondent within a stipulated period.

A perusal of the Writ Petition, it appears that there is business transaction between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in a partnership business run by them and there is dispute in the said partnership business. This Court is of the view that personal claims 2/4
in a private transaction and dispute in a partnership business cannot be raised in a Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is not maintainable.
