The petition has been filed to relax the condition (3) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once ie., every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3268/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22272/2023 vide order dated 1.3.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
