ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2022 requesting to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in survey no.229/10 and 229/11 (New Survey No.250/2) Mulligore village, Nilgiris.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was originally assigned to her father-in-law in the year 1964 and he was in 2/6
possession of the same since the date of assignment and thereafter, he executed a registered will in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above said land, pursuant to which, the petitioner is in possession of the subject property. While being so, the petitioner made a representation dated 06.09.2022 seeking issuance of patta in respect of the above said property. However, till date, no action has been taken on the said represented which prompted the petitioner to file the present petition.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, based on the petitioner's representation seeking issuance of patta, though the respondents repeatedly attempted to survey the above said land in response to the representation, however, the petitioner is not co-operating with the respondents to discharge their duty.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to counter the submissions advanced.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner not having cooperated to have his grievance redressed, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law before the civil Court. No Costs.
