The present Application has been filed to allow the petitioner to permit (1) Mr.K.Maheshwaran and (2) Mrs.S.Meenakshi to adduce evidence to verify the signature of the 1st Witness in the Will dated 13.06.1994 and to verify the signature of the Testator in the said respectively in O.P.No.61 of 2025.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3416 of 2025 in O.P.No.61 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for.
