This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday till the conclusion of the trial" on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.11267 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9448 of 2022 dated 29.07.2022 in C.C.No.106 of 2020 in Crime No.106 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Inspector of Police, NIB CID, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS Cases on first working day of every month and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge. 19.10.2022 nsa/arb https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
