Respondents/Respondents/ Petitioners/Landladies Prayer: Petition filed under Section 25(2) of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 18/60 as amended by Act 23/73 against the dismissal of the Judgment and Decree dated 28.09.2021 in R.C.A.No.24 of 2020 on the file of the learned VIII Judge (Appellate Authority), Small Causes Court, Chennai, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 29.11.2019 made in R.C.O.P.No.1515 of 2015 on the file of the learned XIV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed an Affidavit of Undertaking agreeing to vacate the premises on or before 31.10.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for granting of time till 31.10.2022.

The Affidavit of Undertaking is taken on file. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Affidavit of Undertaking. It is made clear that the petitioner/tenant shall continue to pay the rents without any default. Any default will entail the Landlord to proceed with the execution proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
