ORDER
The petitioner has filed an Affidavit of Undertaking agreeing to vacate the premises on or before 31.10.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for granting of time till 31.10.2022.
The Affidavit of Undertaking is taken on file. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Affidavit of Undertaking. It is made clear that the petitioner/tenant shall continue to pay the rents without any default. Any default will entail the Landlord to proceed with the execution proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
