Crl.M.P.No.15324 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15324 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.15739 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from prison shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 pm until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15739 of 2022 by order dated 07.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the investigation had been completed and final report has been filed and the same is pending committal in P.R.C.No.103 of 2022 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15739 of 2022 by an order dated 07.07.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
