Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to conduct enquiry in the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2023 on merits and disposes the same within the time frame.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry based on his representation dated 05.07.2023 and disposed of the same within the time fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that four temples namely A/m.Mariamman Thirukoil, A/m. Murugan Temple, A/m. Madurai Veeran Temple, A/m. Kaliamman Temple were established and administered by persons belonging to Nadar Community in Singhipuram Village, Vazhapadi 2/4

Taluk, Salem District. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 05.07.2023, making certain allegations against the person in charge of the administration of the Temples. The said representation has not been considered by the Authorities and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents on written instructions, submits that on complaint from some other persons, enquiry is pending on the file of 3rd respondent regarding the affairs of the above said temples.

4.In view of the stated position, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to issue direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2023 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to all the persons interested.
