This petition is filed to condone the delay of 825 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with. M/s.C. Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record. 4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 825 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is also made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
