[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Mr.C.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu would submit that the Disciplinary Committee concluded its enquiry proceedings and orders are yet to be passed. On account of the pendency of the present writ petition, final order has not been passed. That being the factum, the respondents are at liberty to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to redress his remedy in the manner known to law.

2. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
