This petition is filed to modify by restricting the time period passed in the order dated 16.08.2019 in W.P.No.22549 of and W.M.P.No.21976 of 2019 from the period of 12 weeks to the period of three weeks.

Heard both sides.

By order of this Court dated 16.08.2019 in W.P.No.22549 of 2019, the last line of paragraph No.9 "within a period of 12 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order"

is modified as "within a period of six weeks from today and the same needs to be corrected.

Hence, the last line of paragraph No.9 is modified as follows:

"within a period of six(6) weeks from today".

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
