2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that enquiry has been conducted and closed on 13.09.2021. He further submitted that no case has been registered as against the petitioner and as such, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent Police.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
