ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Mr.N.Thirunavukarasu, son of Narayanan, a resident of No.168, Perumal Koil Street, Pasuvanpalayam Village, Ponneri Taluk, has filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the third respondent in Survey No.139 of Pasuvanpalayam Village, Ponneri Taluk, more particularly, the village tank and playground of elementary school.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment has already been removed and only debris exist and the same would also be cleared within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
