These miscellaneous petitions are taken out by a certain Kanakala Venkata Swamy, to implead him as party respondent in both the writ petitions.

2. The petitioner-Societies in both the writ petitions have challenged certain proceedings of the second respondent dated 07.11.2022, and this Court is concerned with the legality of such proceedings of what it states. Hence, this Court does not consider there is space for any third parties in this proceedings.

Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are closed.
