This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent to carry out the demonstration of opening of a Food Cistern in front of Valluvar Kottam, Kodambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034 to observe the demonstration from 10.00 A.M., to 5.00 P.M on 14.10.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition.
