This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5089 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23945 of 2021 on 28.04.2022 to appear before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is pending.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has been directed to appear before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai only once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month.

4. Considering the submissions and circumstances, this Criminal Original miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
