ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 120(b), 406, 420 of IPC in Crime No.719 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused cheated the defacto complainant for a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- under the guise of securing job from any one of the private company. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant for a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- for providing job for him. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that huge amount was involved in this case and there was serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
